ONLINE PURCHASING: Our online shopping cart is set up for continental US shipping prices only. Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped by US Priority Mail, international orders will be shipped by US Express Mail – if the shipping cost exceeds the amount required for continental shipping, we will email an invoice for any additional shipping charge to the email address you provide. International and Canadian customers ordering online will initially be charged the US domestic shipping charge only. After we are notified of your order, we will email an invoice for additional international shipping to the email address provided. International customers can email us for a shipping quote and complete shipping information before ordering. (see Canadian and International Orders below) |

| WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day after we receive your COD or credit card phone order or your check, money order or credit card order by mail. Weekend orders and UPS orders received on Friday are shipped on Monday. In the rare event of delay, we'll contact you promptly to let you know when to expect shipment. | ENGINE SWAP CONVERSION & REPLACEMENT KITS ARE SHIPPED UPS IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Most orders are sent UPS Ground with tracking (generally 5-10 business days for delivery - may be fewer than 5 days for West Coast delivery) or UPS 3-Day Select (guaranteed 3 business day delivery). UPS Ground deliveries to rural areas occasionally take longer. If your order doesn't arrive in a timely manner, please contact us for shipment tracking. Single Wiper Seal or Firewall Gasket Kit orders may be included with your Engine Conversion or Motor Mount Kit order for no additional shipping cost. In determining your shipping choice, remember: UPS does not count the day the shipment is picked up, or weekends. | ||||||

| TRACKING YOUR ORDER: When we process your order, we request that UPS or the US Postal Service email a shipping notice and tracking information to the email address you provide. This information should arrive within 24 hours after pick up, but sometimes UPS tracking notices and updates are blocked by a customer’s spam filter. | Our products are 100% guaranteed. If you receive an incorrect, defective or unsatisfactory product we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item. We will also, in most cases, provide refunds or exchanges for correct, non-defective products at your request — if your original purchase is returned unused and undamaged. If you request a product in exchange that is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be charged the difference, plus shipping costs. If the item requested in exchange is less expensive than the original purchase, we will refund the difference, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs you incur in returning the products for exchange or refund are your responsibility. Cash or credit refunds on products bought from other parts distributors, retail stores, automotive shops or friends are the responsibility of that seller. MADE IN THE USA: All of Schumacher Creative Services' non-rubber parts and products are designed and manufactured by skilled artisans in the US. The mass manufacturing required to produce rubber parts means we must purchase rubber insulators provided for our biscuit style kits from the same sources as your local parts store. These may or may not be made in the US. Our Poly-Loc Mounts are a high quality, made in the USA option for those who do not want foreign made insulators. | |||||
