NOTE:
In '65 C-Body applications: Headers do not work with 413, 440 or 426 wedge. In some cases, the automatic kick down bellcrank may hit the flange and need to be narrowed.
In '66-73 C-Body applications: The 440 may require shims on the passenger side motor mount. In some cases, the automatic kick down bellcrank may hit the flange and need to be narrowed.
In '77-79 Magnum and Cordoba (B-body) with column shift: The shift linkage may be low enough to interfere with the header. TTI's offset shaft can solve this problem.

Hi-Flow Tri-Y Under Chassis B/RB Headers
Dread the thought of struggling to shoe-horn one-size-fits-all racing headers into your high-performance street car, only to lose your power steering?
Well, now there's relief for the all-too-common B/RB exhaust system headaches.
Our new under-chassis, Tri-Y header system gives you high-flow header performance and a custom fit that means you don't have to sacrifice your power steering. Retain exhaust studs in the heads — no more breaking into a water jacket! Plus, unlike most headers, it doesn't capture the starter, and, because it's designed specifically for your application, it installs quickly and painlessly — even with the engine in place. Applicable to '67 and up A-Body B/RB (400-500 hp), '63 & up B-Body and E-Body, with manual or power steering and automatic transmission.

Mini Starter
This is the starter we recommend for use with all of our big block and small block header applications. It's not the only starter that will work, but it's the one most commonly available new - from us or your Dodge dealer. In fact, it's the starter we use to test fit all of our headers. CHROMEX (CERAMIC) PLATING is our best performance coating. Its thermal barrier characteristics provide a dramatic reduction in radiated heat. This means reduced under-hood temperatures, accelerated exhaust gas velocity and a longer life expectancy for the entire exhaust system, not to mention chemical and corrosion resistance.

CHROME NICKEL PLATING is a good coating at a reasonable price. It resists corrosion and protects against rust. It has a bright shine, but it does change color with heat.

BARE METAL (uncoated) headers are our least expensive exhaust solution, but they will rust unless painted or plated.
