This spool mount conversion kit installs a 273/318 or 340/360 engine to factory specifications on your original '73 and up A, B, F, M, J-Body (and '74 and up C-Body) Slant 6 K-member. The kit includes powdercoated brackets, polyurethane spool bushings, grade 8 hardware, and detailed instructions. Works with or without power steering on both LA and Magnum engines. Note the driver side engine mounting perch on the '73 and up K-member requires drilling 9/16" holes and removing excess material to lower the perch as outlined in the instructions.

Easy installation. Should include pictures of passenger side mounting but I figured it out.

They look great I have done the swap yet the block is still at the machine shop

I was reading up on the mounts it says I have to cut a bit. I thought they were direct fit and done

fit and work as should

good instruction minus the fact there is no given radius for marking ear to be trimmed. I center punched 9/16 hole and before drilling, used the center punch mark to draw radius once I determined it from subtracting measurements on drawing. this info should be in the instructions. if you drill the 9/16 hole first it would be harder to determine how to mark out radius.
