Our Big Block Mopar Tri-Y Headers give you high-flow header performance and a custom fit that means you don't have to sacrifice your power steering. Fits all Big Block engines - 361, 383, 400, 413, 426 Wedge, and 440.  Also fits great with most aftermarket aluminum heads with angled plugs.  Retain exhaust studs in the heads, so no more breaking into a water jackets!  Plus, unlike most headers, they don't capture the starter.  Specifically designed for your application, they install quickly and painlessly, even with the engine in place. Fits with manual or power steering, and automatic transmission.  Available in raw steel or matte silver ceramic coating.  Photos showing chrome coatings are for reference only and are NOT available.  Some vehicle may require motor mount shimming due to poor factory tolerances.  If needed we have a shim pack available HERE.  Made in the USA!

Installation Instructions

Fits all vehicles below:

'67 & up A-Body,
'62 & up B-Body,
'65 & up C-Body,
'70-74 E-Body,
'73 & up F, M and J-Body.

Designed for street use and light competition - retains all your low-end torque.

Header Flange Pipes:  We have fixed flange head pipes available HERE.  For more adjustability; we have ball-joint flange head pipes available HERE.

4-speed customers: Clutch Z-bar interferes with the driverside header. You can use a hydraulic clutch system or our headers can be modified to fit a 4-speed transmission.

'65 C-Body applications: Headers do not work with 413, 440 or 426 wedge. In some cases, the automatic kick down bellcrank may hit the flange and need to be narrowed.

'66-73 C-Body applications: The 440 may require shims on the passenger side motor mount. In some cases, the automatic kickdown bellcrank may hit the flange and need to be narrowed.

'77-79 Magnum and Cordoba (B-body) with column shift: The shift linkage may be low enough to interfere with the header. TTI's offset shaft can solve this problem.

If your original studs are damaged or missing, we have replacement stud kits available here: R/RB Header Stud Kit

If you need a Mini Starter, we also have those available here: Mopar Mini Starter

Happy with them many years later

1979 Aspen 500" stroker BB, auto. Have had the ceramic coated headers on my car since 2011, and they're work and look as good now as when new. With Scumacher gaskets and ball/socket collector adapters, never had the slightest hint of a leak. They fit perfectly, and went in surprisingly easy.

Simply the Best

I purchased the Uncoated version and applied a high heat coating myself since the Ceramic coated version was not available at the time.
I picked these up for a 67 Dodge Charger with a torsion bar suspension, stock steering gear and a RB 440 engine. I removed a couple of spark plugs to create extra space and dropped them in from the top without issue. Plenty of clearance around all of the areas that are normally a issue with other headers. I couldn't be happier!
